A transparent pavilion, warmly lit and built on top of the historic kiosk, forms the heart of the Winter Fever Arena. Right in the centre of Roermond’s Munsterplein, you can enjoy a winter full of surprises from 28 November 2025 to 4 January 2026.
A winter experience on the Munsterplein
Inside the pavilion there’s plenty to see and do. Expect a varied programme with entertainment, workshops and activities for all ages. Perfect for a cosy afternoon or evening in Christmas spirit. The winter setting, combined with views over the historic square, makes every visit special.
New in the Winter Fever Arena: the Merpo Sky Lounge
Above the Winter Fever Arena you’ll find a special spot: the Merpo Sky Lounge. This warm and cosy space offers beautiful views over the lit-up Munsterplein, the historic kiosk and the Munsterkerk. A great place to warm up, have a drink or catch up with friends.
A welcoming place with a view
The Sky Lounge is open during all special events and regular opening hours. Whether you’re skating, attending a show or just soaking up the atmosphere, the Sky Lounge is the perfect place to take a break. A festive winter moment with a view, right in the heart of Roermond.
